		<description>I&#039;ve often recommend that, when getting into a new hobby, people buy one issue of all of the relevant trade magazines and read the ads. You get a really good feel for a hobby overall by just reading the ads: what&#039;s important to lots of the participants, who the big suppliers are, etc. 

For a while, we used to get the Sunday paper and pretty much toss the paper part and go through the sales flyers.</description>
