Actually, My reasoning was just the opposite. After living through Katrina and seeing first hand the utter incompetence of the government, I said to myself “So this is why things are so messed up in Iraq. This is a government opperation and this government doesn’t know what the heck it is doing. As I read elsewhere “This is what government looks like from people that don’t believe in government.”
